7.7.9 Nodes Down Not Reporting

Nodes that are confirmed down are not reporting down in AMP since upgrade to Airwave 7.7.9.  Has anyone seen this?

Can you click on "Poll now" for those devices?  What devices are being monitored and the OS version?  What is your polling frequency for that group of devices?

Here are the polling settings on one AMP.  This AMP server happens to be the one with a confirmed downed node, but it is not reporting it.

 

SNMP Polling Periods
Up/Down Status Polling Period:5 minutes
Override Polling Period for Other Services:No
AP Interface Polling Period:10 minutes
Client Data Polling Period:10 minutes
Thin AP Discovery Polling Period:15 minutes
Device-to-Device Link Polling Period:5 minutes
802.11 Counters Polling Period:15 minutes
Rogue AP and Device Location Data Polling Period:30 minutes
CDP Neighbor Data Polling Period:30 minutes
