Devices not connecting to network

I had a wireless setup consisting of 4 AP's and a 800 Mobility controller, and the power went out. The config was not saved from before, so I am starting from scratch. I had re-traced all my precieved steps, but for the life of me I can not get my devices to connect to the network. I have removed the password, i'm pretty sure I have removed all user roles and guest roles, and I have changed bands/ signals from the 2.4 to 5 ghz on both the a/n radio and the b/g/n radio. Any suggestions?

    Let's start from scratch:

What kind of network?  WPA2-PSK, WPA2-AES?

What is providing DHCP and on what VLAN?

You can turn on user-debug logging:

    config t

logging level debugging user-debug <mac address of user>

Connect the user and when it fails, type "show log user-debug 50" to get an idea of what is going on.
