I didnt know where to post this so i post it here...
It would be great if you guys would do a custumer satisfaction program in which by a surveys you can send to the end custumer you can know if they are really satisfied with the partner work.
If the partner get a lot of 100% satisfactiion from their clients then they get a Custumer satisfaction logo they can display in their webpage, and can make it a marketing tool.
Or maybe doing some sort of satisfaction levels, i dont know.
There are other vendors doing it why not aruba? it hink its a great idea.

As a customer, I'll add two points:
1. If anyone at Aruba didn't know how badly we hated working with a few of the partners we've had, they were living under a rock.
2. I'd really have liked a more formal way to officially opine about the service we get.
