    Deploying 277's.  We have them provisioned.  They are not coming out of "inactive".  Any thoughts?

    How are they powered?  It needs to be a POE+ injector, OR a switch providing POE+ that has LLDP enabled on that port so it can communicate the higher power.

    also check that the regulatory domain is updated,

     

    show ap allowed-channels country-code XX ap-type 277

     

    where XX is the country code that the ap regulatory domain profile is using. if you see no channels listed, then you should download the latest DRT file from the support site. If you see channels, very likely you should focus on POE/LLDP issues as per Colin's post
