    Is anyone having difficulty with Visual RF in AMP 7.7.9?  We can open some floors of some buildings, but not others.  If we wait a day, we can then open the floor we couldn't the day before.  Any suggestions?

    When VRF spins, is there any crash in the /var/log/visualrf/visualrf.log?  I'd also be interested if FireBug or ChromeTools display a frame crash.

     

    What's the current memory allocation to VRF set to?  If you stop, then restart VRF, does the hang still occur?

    Latest VRF build is 448

    Keep in mind that the "latest" vrf plan on the support site is still 2 years old.  You're better off using VRF from an AirWave server for the latest AP models that have been released in the last 2 years.

    You can usually open a support case and they will verify your customer account / support subscription.  Once that's done, they can make sure you have access to the right files on the support site.
