Fair Access monitoring

I was wondering if there is a way of determining if Fair Access is actually working?
Is there some command on the controller that I can run and see how much bandwidth each user is getting and do a comparison? Or is there something in Airwave that will give me this sort of information?

There is a very long and technical explanation to see if it is working and to what extent. Ultimately, the desired effect and where it is seen the most is when a "b" client and a "bgn" client associate to the same access point. Do a throughput test on both clients with airtime fairness both off and on and see what you get. The independent network test here: http://www.arubanetworks.com/pdf/products/networktest-adaptive-radio-management.pdf shows you what testing was done, and how you can see if airtime fairness is working from the perspective of your clients.
