    I am trying to update 17 315 IAP to ArubaInstant_Hercules_8.6.0.6_77124 - Current version is 8.5.0.10_76206

    When trying the automatic update, I get an error that says Retrieve Image Failed. Same when I download the firmware and manually upload it. I have a group of 2 in another office that updated just fine.

    is the new firmware on your Airwave server? or directly from the Internet?

    i am having the same problem, it will download 100% and then give the same thing at the end

    Have you taken a look to see if the traffic from the AP to your client, or out to the internet is being blocked somehow? There may be some ports getting blocked...
