Extended SSID can't be disabled - bug? AP-207

Observed with AP-207, the AP has been converted to 'standalone mode':

    - When disabling Extended SSID (via Configure -> System -> Show Advanced Options -> General), save and then reboot, the Extended SSID option is still activated.

    - When doing the same via CLI (conf t -> no extended-ssid -> end -> save & reboot) it doesn't stick either but is active once again after reboot.

Therefore WiFi uplink doesn't work (show wifi-uplink status shows 'Extendssid enable!')

Any ideas? Am I missing something? OS 8.6.0.3

On CLI you where missing the "commit apply" to get it in the running config.

@jAyR, thanks I did that, even though I didn't write it in my post above...

I had the same problem, the issue is; you probably still had the default setmeup SSID in the configuration.

I disabled the ESSID (ignore the reboot warning), created a new SSID and then rebooted all APs. That way the ESSID stayed disabled
