Some APs do not send a signal

    Good day,
I would like to ask about the following problem.
I have an Aruba Wifi composed of AP305 and AP515 without a controller.
The basis was AP 305, now we have added AP515. We run version 8.10. Unfortunately, two APs don't broadcast me at all. Interestingly, one AP 515 works normally. The same condition was whether it was the master 515 or 305 version.
APs that do not broadcast are normally added to the group, after restart they get into the monitoring state, then switch to the access state. Unfortunately, the radios do not turn on. The same way, when I choose a fixed frequency and power, I also don't make them shine :-)
I know I put a very new version there, but it was marked as the main one. If there was a mistake in it, why would one radio go and two not?

Can I ask for advice on where to look for a problem?

Thank you in advance for any thought

perhaps it is not getting enough PoE, try to enable IPM from CLI

    (Instant AP)(config)# ipm
    (Instant AP)(ipm)# enable
    (Instant AP)(ipm)# exit
    (Instant AP)# com app
