No 6.5.4.18 for IAP-30x?

    Hello all,

    I work for a school district that uses IAP clusters throughout (1 at each site).  We have a combination of IAP-20x, 22x, 27x, 30x, and 32x.  Since we are using 20x, we cannot go past 6.5.  We are currently on 6.5.4.15, and I wanted to upgrade to 6.5.4.18.  However, I cannot find that version for the 30x series.  The others all have 6.5.4.18 available -- 20x (Taurus), 22x/27x (Centaurus), and 32x (Hercules) -- but the latest I can find for the 30x (Ursa) is 6.5.4.17.  Support has been of no help.  Has any one found 6.5.4.18 for the IAP-30x?

    HI Newall,

    I can't find it either on the https://asp.arubanetworks.com support portal, seems like it isn't released for the AP-30x for some reason.  Contact Aruba TAC  support  is your best option.

    TAC wasn't helpful, unfortunately.  We don't have support on any of our IAP-305s, so they wouldn't help me with finding firmware.  I did contact my local SE, though, so perhaps he will turn up something.

    Good news!  Problem solved.  My SE came to the rescue.  The reason I couldn't find it was, per his e-mail:  "It is an error on the support site.  Looks like they didn't put the proper tags for the 300 series AP.  If you make your filter like the one below Software --> Aruba Access Points --> Major Version 6.5 --> Minor Version 6.5.4.18 you will see the Ursa code.  So basically don't use the AP300 series filter."

    He included a picture, which I didn't.  But I was searching by the specific IAP models (200, 220, 270, 300, and 320 series).  When I did it the way he described, I was able to find and download the proper Ursa firmware.
