    Upgraded last night, came in this morning to 30 out of 35 waps with 0 clients....

    Quick fix?
    I've tried downloading the 8.6.0.4_74969 and uploading manually, doesn't seem like that works

    Have not seen such a thing before. An investigation by Aruba Support probably is the best way to get this resolved. The logs on the APs with disabled radios may show an indication of why this happened as well. This may have to do with regulatory (DRT). Which country code are you running in?
