    Hi,

Testing an AP635 with firmware 8.9.0.0 at the moment. 2,4ghz and 5Ghz are fine.. cannot get my Intel AX210 client to connect to 6Ghz.

-did enable 6Ghz radio at advanced SSID settings
-tested on multiple country codes (AP shows available 6ghz channels)
-tested on a Windows 10 and Windows 11 client with multiple Intel drivers. Made sure that windows  knows it can use 6Ghz Band (regedit)
    -tested with 3 AX210 adapters

    Any suggestions?

    Greetings,

Is this on a controller, or instant AP?

Intel driver version? I found that anything over 22.45.1.1 does not see 6GHz channels for some reason.
You may need a registry change as well.
I shared some details with Sietze.

    Hi Onno,

Did try many driver version. running 22.45.1.1 at the moment and did check the registry for 6Ghzband in windows.

Sietze still has no luck (run in to him Yesterday)

Hmm, I have the exact same setup running at home, and am connected over 6GHz right now.
I'm using a -US AP variant and US country code. Which CC are you using?
The Intel driver may be looking for a US CC. I shared a tool with Sietze that can be used to check that.
It appears that the immaturity of the Intel driver for 6GHz support, and limited regulatory support for the band (the only countries in Europe for which we currently enable 6GHz in the DRT are UK and Germany AFAIK) are causing some issues.

I found this on the Intel forum. It seems that the driver automatically selects the country.
    see:
    https://community.intel.com/t5/Wireless/How-to-enable-AX210-6GHz-channels/m-p/1320115#M38022

"your country is automatically selected by the firmware, it will use the country indicated in beacon packets of received wifis to determine the current country most of the time."
