I think this is because they are replacement parts. I don't know of any online document for the parts replacement kits other than what comes with the hardware (if it even does).

I reviewed the installation guide (https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00104591en_us) but there's not a reference that the cable gland in the graphic correspond to the P/N Q8N47A.
Then, this option in IRIS would be the spare one (the first paragraph in your capture indicates that the cable gland is shipped with the AP).
