MC-Master unreachable

    2 MM into HQ

    4 MC on another Branches
    i have issue on one branch
    The electricity has been cut off and MC-Controller in this site is down 
    and when elctricity  come back again MC-controller in this site is up but mc-controller (master-unreachable)
    how to solve this issue

    yes i have afirewall in all site but this site it become unreacheble how can check if the problem in controller or firewall but another mc controller on another bracnh work fine why this site become unreachable

    On the MM, type "show datapath session table <ip address of mc at foreign site>" to see if any traffic is coming into the MM from that MD.

    I would open a technical support case with Hewlett packard enterprise  to get to the bottom of your problem
