I'm wanting to test what is disabled on various IAP models when they run at various power levels. For example, if I ran an IAP-555 on a single 802.1at, is there a command to see what features are disabled?

"show ap debug system-status" should tell you the current power status

    Power Status
    ------------
    Item Value
    ---- -----
    Power Supply : POE
    LLDP Power : (not available)
Current Operational State : No restrictions
    HW POE status : POE

The datasheet specifically calls out what is enabled/disabled at various levels of power:  https://www.arubanetworks.com/assets/ds/DS_AP550Series.pdf

IPM can be enabled to determine what is disabled when there is a low power event.  Attached is a cheatsheet on Intelligent power management
