It's from the previous menu, where you name your SSID :
Click "show advanced options" (bottom of the page)
Then, you go down and select bands (2.4/5 or both):

In the SSID settings: Go to WLAN > Advanced settings > Miscellaneous > Band and set it to 5 GHz
This will make sure the SSID is not broadcasted on 5 GHz radio.
