Update instant AP not possible

    Hello community,

    I want to update my (factory default) access points AP505 to latest version 8.8.0.1 from version 8.7.1.3 which is installed at the moment.
    I successfully downloaded the file from asp and tried to install the firmware via web-ui.

    When I try to upload the firmware, i only get the message
    "Status not available due to oper_id invalid or has aged out."
    I also tried another firmware (8.7.1.4 and 8.8.0.0), same problem.

    Any ideas?

    Are you certain it is the right firmware version, you'll need the Gemini version of the IAP firmware. For example, the filename would be ArubaInstant_Gemini_8.6.0.10_80708

    see if you get the same result when you use another browser.
    if so please open a case with our Support  Centre
