Hi all, newbie here looking for some assistance.
I have 1 x Aruba 2390M (48 port version) switch which is almost full capacity. I've purchased a new 2930M (24 port version) and plan on linking the switches together to expand the scope of available ports in my building.
Switch 1 (Original) has 5 VLAN's configured (including vlan 1 default)
Switch 2 (New) has the same 5 VLAN's created (including vlan 1 default)
To link the switches, do I just need to physically connect the 2 (e.g. use port 5 on both switches) then untag port 5 on the default VLAN on both switches & tag port 5 in all VLAN's on both switches?
Networking isn't my strong point sorry!
