GPP import error

    Has anyone encountered the same situation?

    When GPP was importing a guest account, it was found that no action would take place with a single click to import. After clicking Cancel,
    only two pieces of data will be imported.
    If you need to import the data completely, need to repeatedly click Import and be prompted to download the importGuest.txt file Then click Cancel to complete the import

    Model 7210 Version 8.5.0.6
    Model 7280 Version 8.6.0.6

    Are you doing this file directly from the root of c:/ if so try a desktop folder etc. Doing this directly from the c:/  is usually not a good ideal/Best Practice.

    Once you do choose where you want to to do this from please make sure you have read permission for Network Service / System on the folder you are querying for the file, then try again.
