I have a customer running an Instant network with IAP-305 APs. When a client associates to the network for the first time, they see the SSID with its proper name (Lolo_Secure). When the customer leaves and returns to the network, the correct SSID name does not show up, but "Aruba Profile" does. Associating to this "Aruba Profile" works exactly as programmed for the original SSID name. Why is this happening? Is it a new feature?

That's odd, are you certain the APs are broadcasting that SSID? If you run the command 'show ap bss-table' do you see that it is being broadcasted by the APs.

    Hi Paul,
The reason might be user PC has already known network "Lolo_Securewith a different BSSID.

This is quite common. I've seen this a number of times when Wi-Fi settings are pushed out via Group Policy.  That's more than likely where this spurious "Aruba Profile" name is coming from.
