Unable to download Aruba 103 latest firmware

    Hi all

    I'm trying to download Pegasus 6.5.4.20 for a 103 while logged in to the support portal

    I see a 'Unable to download file... we will contact to in 2 business days' message but this has been going on for a week?

    Do you have active support on that AP? That is required to download from the support portal.

    You should be able to download the 'factory image' without a contract, and possibly from there, you may be able to use the in-product update to get to a newer release.

    Thanks for the reply.

    No support contract.

    I have 1 standalone test unit that upgraded itself to the latest firmware after a factory reset. I will try the same with the 2 units that are in constant use for WFH to see if they also bring themselves up to date.

    I can confirm that factory resetting all APs and reconfiguring the first triggered a firmware upgrade to the latest version. APs joined subsequently also updated successfully.
