IAP with Central on 4G

    I'm trying to get the Verizon 730L working with the IAP as a backup option. - 303H
    So far its getting detected (after converting into enterprise mode). However it doesnt connect or pass data.
    It doesnt work at all in a failover scenario. At times, if i boot the IAP with the usb alone, it shows up as transferring data (LEDs blinking) but its not really pushing any data through it. 
    On my wired uplink it shows the tunnel source IP, but with the 4G its not showing an IP in that field.
