    Hi,

    I got a customer whom got a problem. He can't reset default factory the switch because there is no button "reset" in front of. Do you know how I can reset the switch ? I can't connect to the switch because he is crash.

    Hi Curtis,

    Unfortunately, there is only the option to do it via CLI. You need to have a connected console during boot up of the switch and then press CTRL+B. After that select skip current configuration and then continue the boot process and you will access the switch without any authentication.
    Then you can proceed further with the process to clear current configuration as per the user guide.
