Problem changing email address

    I'm trying to change my Airheads profile email address. I click the pencil icon next to 'Contact Details'. I then click the CHANGE button next to my email address. I then get prompted to enter and confirm my password (as if I was entering a new password, which is weird). I paste in the same password I use to sign into the platform, but it says 'Error: Password is incorrect. Please try again.'

    Please help.
