    Good day
I need someones expert advice on how to deal with the following. I have a two new 5400 v3 Switches in VSF  wich is to become my core. When I plug it in directly into the currentl distribution layer switch a 5400 v2 switch over 10g single mode fire it looks like I am getting a broadcast storm or port flapping. I dont know how to tackle this one. I would really appreciate any advise
    Core Firmware version: KB.16.10.0010
    Distribution Firmware version: KB.16.10.0010

    Core stack
    vsf
    enable domain 1
    member 1
    type "J9851A" mac-address 883a30-6c0400
    priority 128
    link 1 1/A1-1/A2
    link 1 name "I-Link1_1"
    exit
    member 2
    type "J9851A" mac-address 883a30-6ced00
    priority 128
    link 1 2/A1-2/A2
    link 1 name "I-Link2_1"
    exit
    port-speed 40g
    exit

When I plug it in directly into the current distribution layer switch a 5400 v2 switch over 10g single mode fire I get the following

STP is not mandatory When you have vsf implemented on core switch. Configure link aggregation (trunks) for uplinks and enable loop-protect on access (edge ports).

    Thank you Harendra
I have instead replaced the transceiver modules and setup spanning tree instances with spanning tree root priorities and will attempt the change again this Sunday
