    Its possible?
    If its possible, there could be any issue if i build it like that? or any kind of consideration i need for it? besides  that it should hold all the traffic that the active l3 switch is handling

    VRRP is a standard so it should work between 2 different brand. Some specific might be:
    -timers where minimum timers may vary between switches.
    - supported authentication algorithms
