    Hello chandan.kp,

What is the problem you are facing with NTP? Following is the guide for setting it up you may use NTP and SNTP starting from page 24:

    Document - 16.10 Aruba 3810 / 5400R Management and Configuration Guide for ArubaOS-Switch 16.10 | HPE Support

    Hope this helps!

This last one shows an unsynced NTP server. What's the configuration you have?

    This is my configuration:
    timesync ntp
    ntp unicast
    ntp server 192.168.2.1 iburst
    ntp server 192.168.4.2
    ntp enable

If you have a similar configuration, can you sent the output of 'show ntp associations detail'? Also, after you changed the configuration, wait for 20-30 minutes for NTP to sync. The server marked with iburst will be used initially to make a step and get fast synchronization.

    Hello chandan.kp,

Did you sync successfully with NTP it was showing as sync first time then not sync in the second output?
You may try another NTP server.

This is my standard ProCurve/AOSS config:
    timesync ntp
    ntp unicast
    ntp server 216.239.35.4 iburst
    ntp server 216.239.35.8 iburst
    ntp server 216.239.35.12 iburst
    ntp enable
    time daylight-time-rule user-defined begin-date 10/01 end-date 04/01
    time timezone 600

Change your timezone as appropriate: 600 = 60min x 10hours (for Sydney Australia which is +1000)
My user-defined dates are set to start on the first Sunday of October and end first Sunday of April.
