Clearpass 6.9 Onguard License issue _ Trial

    Dear All, 

     

    When i generated trial licenses for 6.8+, it gave me 5 license keys

    1) Platform Key

    2) Entry

    3) Access Upgrade

    4)OnBoard

    5) OnGuard

     

    I added Platform key, entry, access upgrade and onboard. Initially they didnt showed up (also opened another thread in community, but it was solved after waiting for couple of hours). But when i am trying to add onguard, it gives the error that no access licenses are present. I have checked from cli also, licenses are there but onguard licenses is not able to get it. Can someone advise what could be the problem? for trial can we open the TAC Case (also i do all my cppm labs on vmware workstation which is officially not supported).

    This is a known issue as of now - Unable to add OnGuard license when Entry and Access Upgrade licenses are installed. 

    The workaround is to add an Access license.

    Reach out to your partner or Aruba SE if you can't generate the evaluation licenses you need. Not all licensing is 'self-service'.
