I have a lab environment on eve-ng with working licenses for cppm (1 year license) and the gui suddenly does not work, i can log into the console fine. Following is what i get for the cmd:

As you can see some of the services are stopped, i tried to start/restart them manually but it doesn't work.Gui was working fine up until a few days back when i was configuring tacacs+ configuration with cisco routers and switches and creating profiles, etc on the cppm gui then went to bed for the day and tried to access gui the next day at home after work and it no longer works anymore. Don't know what other troubleshooting steps i need to follow, please help.Attaching some pics as well for your reference.
