Endpoint Conflicts Avigilon Camera's

    Since this week we have an issue that our Avigilon camera's are now seen as a Generic/Motorla device instead of a Network Camera/Avigilon. I know that Avigilon is boight by Avigilon but that thoes not explain this behaviour.

    This causes off course a Profiler Conflict but this "change" also changes the vlan because there is no match anymore that this is a Camera...
    I don't know if this a Clearpass issue or a endpoint issue (firmware)?

    How are you gathering the profiling data? DHCP helper to Clearpass, Profiling service, etc....
