Clearpass - MobileIron Polling problem

    Hi Everyone,

    I would like to ask a question related to Clearpass - MobileIron integration.

    We have configured MobileIron MDM server as a Endpoint Context server on Clearpass.
    but we recognized a problem related to polling.

    when a new device is added on MDM server, evenif clearpass poll it every one hour, it can't retrieve new device information for some reason,

    but when we update the server  or trigger polling from Administration> External services > Endpoint context servers, it starts to get this info, 
    but automatic polling is not working properly,

    and when we checked the poll status after automatic polling, it shows very little device discovered, and it took only 5 seconds
    but after updating or triggering manually, it took almost 1 min 30 second for all devices.
    So it also shows a problem.

    Do you have any idea what the reason  might be?

    do you have fix the issue ? do you have some log ?

    i think, it will be a good idea to open a case to TAC.
