I'm not aware of an extension. For user-to-ip mapping, many products support receiving identity sharing through RADIUS Accounting. You could check if that is the case here, and forward RADIUS accounting to your proxy.
If Bluecoat allows receiving that info over an HTTP(S) REST call, you can use the Post Authentication to send XML/JSON/custom information on login/logoff. I don't have details on that unfortunately; but it may be worth investigating (and sharing here if it works).

Subject: Clearpass / Bluecoat proxy interaction
Making some tentative inquiries about clearpass and bluecoat proxy interaction from an end user point of view.
Quick google search found some urls about RADIUS/TACACS auth for accessing a bluecoat GUI but not quite what I was looking for.
Could anyone point me at some documentation?
Is there a cppm bluecoat extension available?
Rgds
