You may need to work with TAC to see what they can do for you. If you know what the values are for the radius attributes, you can attempt to create them yourself. This might require you to also reach out to the switch vendor to obtain these.
You can export any of the radius dictionaries in ClearPass, and modify the XML file. Once you do this, import the xml file to the radius dictionaries and give it a test.
