I have a customer to whom I am introducing a ClearPass NAC solution to better retain control of their IoT / Production machine environment. Their concern is that a third party, in their case a vendor maintaining one of their production machines during a TeamViewer Session, inadvertently uploads a malware (particularly ransomware) and that this is then easily distributed throughout their network. In order to best defend against this type of Cyber Attack Vector, is the ESP Strategy an introduction of Introspect, or does it include more facets?
