Wired users authentications with AD on clearpass

    Hello all,

    I tried to do wired authentication on aruba 2930M switch Via clearpass, users authenticate successfully and authentication process can be viewed successfully on access tracker logs but can't see domain controller on network card, they also stuck on identifying status on Network cards
    I opened a case with TAC clearpass team they checked everything on clearpass and told me no problem from clearpass side,
    i found logs on switch "blocked by STP and AAA"
    is there any solution?

    Hi,

    Do you push a vlan or Download User role ? do you have check network connectivity ?
