    Hello guys,

I'd like to get some help to solve this issue. I have Mac-based enabled (ArubaOS switch), all ports are working fine and devices are being authenticated but some of them (2% aprox) are not authenticating the connected devices. If I disable the authentication on these ports, devices work properly, but once I enable the authentication I cannot see any authentication query in the CPPM, the switch does not show any Mac-address connected to these ports and If I enable a debug, I can see how the switch detects that these ports are active, but it Does not detect a "new client" on these ports to begin the authentication process.

Is there any configuration change to apply to the switch, which could help me to solve this issue?

    Thanks in advance.
