    I have a customer using dynamic segmentation user based tunneling with downloadable roles from Clearpass. This works fine, but Airwave only shows wireless clients from the WLAN controllers and not the wired ones. I have added one of the switches to Airwave and find now that it displays the wired clients by mac address but does not show the role so the client data is not being pushed by the WLAN controller. I have AMON enabled and preferred over SNMP polling in Airwave and obviously turned on at the WLAN controllers. Airwave OS is 8.2.10.1 (will upgrade at some point to 8.2.12) and controllers are 8.7.1.1
    Am I missing something somewhere?

    In case anyone else is interested, I raised this with TAC and they tell me that the ability to see UBT users is not supported in Airwave until version 8.2.12.1
