Can't add Mobility Controller on Mobility Master

    I have some problem on Aruba Virtual mobility master. I have license MM-VA-50. I had read datasheet the capacity of controller is 5. But I can't add 1 more Mobility Controller...
    My license details are as follows in picture...

    I have 2 Mobility Master (Active and Standby), 4Mobility Controller and 39 AccessPoint (AP-515)
