After receiving an alert from our iMC server that space was getting low on C: we found that the folder Program Files/iMC/server/data/cfgbak was using a large amount of space.
Looking into this it seems that on the first of each month it is creating a folder and copying all files in cfgbak before then creating a zip file of the folder and putting it into cfgbak. However this then means each month it is capturing the zip files from the previous months and bundling them up into the current month.
The only other reference to this I've found is in the old iMC forum, but there was no definitive solution given:
Backup storage growth with MC PLAT 7.3 E0705P07 an... - Hewlett Packard Enterprise Community (hpe.com)Has anyone else come across this and found/implemented any kind of solution (i.e. scripted a task to clear out the zip files)?
