HP IMC - mail alerting level

    Hello,

    Have a problem with IMC mail alerts. Have configured rule to send alerts via email for the Critical Alerts only, but for some reason IMC send everything including INFO.  The IMC version is iMC PLAT 7.3 (E0706) on Windows. Any suggestion how to troubleshoot the issue?

    Hello there,

    You better open a case with support to investigate this. If it is correctly configured it might be a n iMC issue.
