I'm wondering if there's a way to configure Airwave to make a report that could show usage by switch port/switch. My idea would be to find places where wired ports are never or seldom used, and consider whether we could unplug some locations, and users could ask for service to be plugged back in they really wanted to, but chances are they wouldn't. With that info we might be able to find places where a switch could be eliminated freeing up time and money that could be better spent elsewhere.
Airwave is configured to connect to all of our wired switches in addition to our wireless infrastructure. So it seems like it should have all of the information it would need to produce a report, or a data set that I could manipulate elsewhere into a report like this, but I'm not coming up with it as I look at the report definition section.
