Error updating IMC

    Hi, I need to update an IMC from version 7.1 E0303 to the 7.3 E0706 (latest).

    I'm following the update scale and at this moment, I could update to the 7.2 E0403 and then to the 7.3 E0506.
    But now I'm trying to go to the 7.3 E0605 and I'm getting an error:


    Error log:
    java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: com/h3c/ead/deploy/tasks/ImcRootTask : Unsupported major.minor version 55.0

    I'm also attaching the complete log error.

    Someone has an idea how to solve this?
    The server is a Windows Server 2012 R2 with the latest patches.

    You need to open a issue on TAC ? (do you have check the java version ?)

    Hello there,

    It could be  you should run the MSKBC tool on iMC server and DB server (if not the same)  in order to remove the unsupported ciphers. This is described in Release notes for E0605 . The tool is in the installation package. Also do not try to install a 605 patch  on the top of E0506 , you will need to first install the major version.
    Also during upgrade , system checks for installation requirements , if your server does meet them , all the requirements are green , otherwise you will see a line in red telling you what is wrong .

    Thank you everyone, I found that I was trying to update using a TAM module that was unsupported version.
    I removed this component from the updating folder and the upgrade went smooth.
