    Hi all,

    Quick question

I've got 2 airwave devices and normally one monitors the wired estate and the other  manages the wifi estate.

For various reasons i need to move some mobility controllers to the wired airwave appliance

Any particualr sequence to do things in?

    Delete from wifi  amp
    Delete  amp from mobiltiy controller
Configure controller to  use wired Airwave
Tell wired airwave to query controller

    ?

    A

    Hi,
Multiple AirWave servers can monitor wired/Wireless devices. So, no particular order.
you can add the WiFi controllers to another AirWave system. anytime and if you do NOT want to consume multiple licenses for same controllers (and AP'S). you can delete those devices from the other AirWave server anytime. Once you delete the devices all their historical data will be deleted too.

P.S. Aruba controllers can send AMON data to 3 servers fyi..
