I have added several stacks in this airwave without any issues.
But i have one stack that does not want join completely.   I try adding it, the commander is up but the stand by switch goes down and stay down
When i go to the alerts on the airwave for the stand by switch i see this
Sat Oct 30 09:28:25 2021 admin Poll Now: no results after 10 minutes.
Fri Oct 29 16:16:59 2021 System Status changed to 'Commander Switch is Down'

Fri Oct 29 16:11:56 2021 System Status changed to 'Commander Switch is Down'
    Fri Oct 29 16:11:43 2021 System Authorized

if i go to the switch i can actually see both switches up, i can see  both switches on the web gui the commander and the stand by there without issues

Even trying a really simple snmp v2 config
    snmp-server community "xxxxx" unrestricted
    snmp-server host X.X.X community "xxxxx" trap-level all

    Anyone can help?
    Thanks

Double check the ip address that Airwave  has for the device.  Make sure it did not discover an unroutable ip address.

Might you share some switch config?  Airwave usually will pick up second switch automatically, but if the switch was ever in airwave as a stand alone, it may not because the MAC address is already in the database.

Have you previously had the switch in there?  I can't tell you how to fix it but I do know I've had some stack/unstack strangeness in aw.

are you running 8.2.13.x airwave by any chance?

i've just had an issue with a client where a heap of their 2930 stacks all dropped off airwave with a similar error that the IP address couldn't be found

Please open a TAC case this looks to be a defect.
