Controller and CLI shows AP as UP, Airwave is showing Down, Visual RF is also showing down red?

    Only few AP are being shown down on Airwave but up on controllers , out of 500+ AP's

    Possibly polling issues. Any network drops between Airwave and controller? Also, check System > Performance page if the CPU, mem or disk usage is overwhelmed and can cause performance issue on the server.

    Can you also check on AirWave if the SNMP string is configured correctly for the controller within AirWave? The Status should say OK (Up) as opposed to a SNMP/SSH/ICMP failure. If there is an issue with AirWave polling the controller you will have invalid data. Also ensure that within the Group configuration for the Controller AMON is set to be preferred over SNMP.

    The Controller and Airwave is on same subnet connected to same switch. No Network Drops.
    The CPU and Mem looks good.

    Then possible RabbiMQ message bus has an issue which needs a restart. If the devices still show down in AMP, a quick fix can be restart AWMS from System > Status page. For root cause or if they still show down post restart of services, please open TAC case to check the logs
