6300F an 6300M support both VSF stacking but cannot be combined in one VSF stack, be sure all models are 6300F or 6300M.Your setup is basicly ok! You can also set some priority to the members.
Theoretical you can put 8x 6200F switches or 10x 6300F switches in a VSF stack (you can’t combine both models)

Maybe you can create a stack of 4nodes and another stack of 5nodes and give each stack a 2x10gb uplink to your coreswitch?
Also calculate overbooking of your uplinks, on your edge this is someware between 10:1 and 20:1 depends on your use case.
4x48G=192Gbps edgeinterface / (2x10Gbps uplinks)= 10:1 = perfect in most cases
9x48G=432Gbps edgeinterfaces / (2x10Gbps uplinks)= 21:1 = pretty high overbooking in most cases
Of course you can add 1 uplink to each node but known how your traffic flows in VSF.
