Config status - In sync but it's offiline

    Hello People,

     

    I have recently configured a switch and show up in sync on aruba central. But it's displayed as offline.

     

    What could be the issue ?

    Could be numerous reasons as to why this is occurring. Does the switch still have an internet connection? Does it have a DNS server configured? What does the below output show? 

     

    show aruba-central

     
    What is the switch model and what is the software version?

    Yes switch does have internet connection. I have assigned the appropriate gateway & dns.

    After some search on the community itself, I used below command and things worked out fine.

     

    Aruba-central support-mode enable
