MSP Group config and Customer configured config

    Hi,

    I'm working for a company who has ~50 customers in Central. They share a default WLAN config configured at the MSP group level which includes a Corp, WLAN, IAP VPN & routing, RADIUS servers, certificates, etc..

    Each customer has their own SSIDs and additional associated config.

    Now, when I need to make a change to our MSP level config, say to add a new route. When this is saved it doesn't just update the route in the customer configs. It removed some config. It removes captive portal profiles & additional roles (other than the default ones added when creating an SSID).

    Is this by design? 

    Am I doing something wrong here?
