Upgrade controller, does it keep settings?

  • 1.  Upgrade controller, does it keep settings?

    I have just one question about upgrading a 7024 MC from 6.4.3 to 6.5.x

    If I upgrade, does it keep my settings as it is configured now?

     

    Or do I have to dobackup settings, export and after upgrade import settings?

    It does keep its settings. Please read the release notes to see if there are any exception to that.

    It is a best practice to back it up before the upgrade just in case...
