Unknow AP in dashboard WIFI controller 7030

    i have a few AP115 and, 2 WIFI controller, in active-pasive scheme.

     

    In the dashboard of primary Controller, in the section of "access points", all these appears "unknow". In the secondary controller appears with the real name, but doesn't appear  the statistics.

    What version of ArubaOS is this?

    When you say active/passive, do you mean master/standby or master/local?

     

    In either deployment, you shoud only be able to see all access points on the master

    the firmware is ArubaOS 6.4.4.9 is the lastest for Argentina.

    active/passive i mean master/standby

     

    When I provisioning an access point, appear in the dashboard with the real name, no problems. But, after some time, becomes "unknow" only in the dashboard.

    update the case for more information.

    In the Dashboard of the primary controller, i can see only one AP with the name "San Isidro" and the mac address of these AP.

    The rest of the AP appears "unknow" and the mac address doesn't appear.

     

    In the standby controller appears all the AP with the correct Name and Mac Address.

     

    in the print screen attached you can see the problem.
